As a Veteran owned business Falcon Breaching would like to thank all that serve and continue to serve in The United States Military, Law Enforcement, and as First Responders. As of now Falcon Breaching does not offer a standing discount for military service members and/or first responders. However, we do offer special discount promotions during monumental events which recognize the sacrifice made in service to our communities. Those dates are as follows: Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, Police Memorial Day, Memorial Day, and Veterans Day. Validation may be requested. Discounts not available on Vitruv Rams. Falcon Breaching reserves the right to cancel or make adjustments to any discounts of any order placed online during this time.

All products are made to order, and to maintain the quality of service you demand, please allow 8-10 weeks for the Vitruv™ Ram to be manufactured and for shipment of this item. All other items please allow a lead time of 3-4 weeks, unless in stock. Any orders placed on Fridays after 2 pm (eastern standard time) will be shipped on the following business day.
Products displayed on the website can only be delivered in accordance with The United States export laws. By purchasing from us, you are accepting responsibility that you will comply with all applicable laws and agree that Falcon Breaching is not responsible for your failure to comply with these regulations.
Shipping
We use a standard flat Three-Day priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). This includes standard insurance rates and a tracking number. For the purchase of a Vitruv, additional shipping rates will apply. Falcon Breaching is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please email us at, falconbreaching@gmail.com with your name, address, order number, tracking information, photographs of damage, and we will do our best to get a replacement sent out to you.
Returns
If for any reason you are not 100% percent satisfied with your product, we have a 14-day no questions asked return policy that begins date of delivery. To return an item, the item must be brand new, unused, with its original packaging, and with the original receipt. The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any return/refund has to be authorized by Falcon Breaching. Contact us via email to arrange the return/refund of your item(s). Once the item(s) are received, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed, and appear back on your method of payment. All returns are to be shipped to

Proper Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E) is required when using our products. Falcon Breaching products are for use by trained individual’s who employ proper use of the equipment. The use of Safety Glasses and Gloves are required while using the equipment. Operator assumes all liability. By purchasing Falcon Breaching products, you are consenting to release Falcon Breaching from any liability of damages or injuries caused by use of our products.
